Position Overview As a Sales Producer, you'll work directly with The 5280 Insurance Agency to drive new business and strengthen client relationships. You'll focus on generating and converting leads through inbound and outbound calls, online quoting services, and referral partnerships. This role is ideal for a motivated, confident communicator with a passion for helping others and achieving results.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed new business production goals and sales objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
Create and deliver customized insurance quotes and persuasive presentations to close sales.
Manage warm leads, win-backs, and existing client outreach using digital tools and CRM platforms.
Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Collaborate with agency leadership to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Preferred: Prior insurance or sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and comfortable over the phone.
Self-motivated and coachable, with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
High integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help clients protect what matters most.
