Account Executive – Hybrid (Tempe, AZ)
Base Salary: $48,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+

PilotPractice is a fast-growing marketing and software company that helps medical and aesthetic practices scale through high-performance paid media, SEO, automation, and AI-driven lead management. We manage campaigns for 150+ practices nationwide and are expanding our in-house sales and client success team at our new Tempe, AZ office on Mill Avenue.
About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships. You’ll be provided 5–10 warm, qualified leads per day from our internal marketing engine—no cold calling. Your mission is to educate, consult, and close new clients interested in our marketing and software solutions for medical and aesthetic practices. This is a high-energy, high-reward role for a sales professional who’s comfortable leading product demos, managing pipelines, and consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals.
What You’ll Do
Manage and close 5–10 inbound leads per day from our marketing and business development teams.
Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos with medical and aesthetic practice owners.
Present PilotPractice’s marketing, CRM, and automation solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach.
Close new business while maintaining a world-class client experience.
Track opportunities and performance within our CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
Collaborate with onboarding and client success teams for a seamless post-sale transition.
Maintain deep product knowledge across our ad management, software, and AI automation offerings.
What You Bring
2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in a marketing agency or SaaS environment (required).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, healthcare marketing, or related industries (preferred).
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
A consultative, client-first approach to selling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-lead-volume environment.
Based in or near Tempe, AZ — hybrid in-office presence required.
