About the Role As a Junior Account Executive, you\'ll be part of our growing sales team, responsible for outbound prospecting, running discovery calls, and helping dental practices understand how Toothio can solve their hiring challenges. This role is ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals who are eager to break into tech sales, willing to hustle, and ready to grow within a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll get hands-on mentorship, structured training, and a clear growth path.

Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls (100+ dials per day) to prospective dental practices

Manage and grow a pipeline of leads, moving them through the sales funnel

Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and position Toothio’s solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience

Close new business and hit monthly revenue targets

Log activities and maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot

Continuously seek feedback, refine your skills, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture

Requirements

A recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to break into tech/SaaS sales

Strong communicator with a curious, coachable, and self-starting attitude

Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections

Grit, resilience, and a growth mindset

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, and Slack is a plus

Prior sales experience (internships, part-time jobs, campus roles) is helpful but not required

Other Important Details

Base salary of $30K - $40K + $30K OTE (uncapped commission)
