As an Order Management Specialist, you will be single point contact, responsible for developing quotes, booking and executing orders within your assigned customer fleet (E2E Ownership). You will serve United States customers by importing parts from Germany, Sweden and Brazil for forced outages, planned outages and stock replenishment. How You’ll Make An Impact
Manage parts service line activities including outage planning support, quotations, procurement, international logistics and overall order management, while looking for innovative ways to improve the E2E process. Partner with Siemens Energy Steam Turbine International Factories to obtain technical recommendations, spare parts lists, quotes and execution updates demonstrating ownership to internal and external customers. Review, organize and communicate information from drawings, BOMs and technical & pricing data to deliver high-quality quotes and orders. Engage in tasks to support our overall high-performance team environment including sharing knowledge, partnering on critical quotes and orders, supporting after-hours calls and special projects. Drive internal and external customer satisfaction through building relationships, collaborative selling, responsiveness, and ease of doing business - resolve issues quickly and elevate if necessary, advocating for win‑win solutions. What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3+ years of experience in parts operations, marketing & sales and/or customer service or equivalent field OR a High School/GED /or AA degree and 5 - 8 years of experience in parts operations, marketing & sales and/or customer service. Those with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior level. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SAP are required. Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred. Ability to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) is preferred. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast‑paced environment, under time constraints, to meet deadlines while delivering excellent customer service. EEO Statement
