Outside Sales Pro Services Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred)
Floor & Decor is seeking an Outside Sales Pro Services Specialist focused on building relationships with professional customers (PRO) in the hard surface flooring contractor space. This role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports the execution of Floor & Decor's PRO priorities.
Responsibilities
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO customers.
Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in the store.
Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
Understand the PRO business to educate PRO customers and expand their participation.
Assist PROs to sign up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program and demonstrate benefits of the PRO APP.
Promote PRO Credit Solutions such as Commercial Business Account or PRO Premier Credit Card.
Coordinate and assist with PRO customers in-store activities and participate in store initiatives.
Present program benefits effectively to PRO customers.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a results-oriented approach.
Interact effectively across diverse cultures with strong interpersonal skills.
Multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Occasionally travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager to present Floor & Decor’s benefits and capabilities.
Perform additional duties as needed to achieve business objectives.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher is a plus.
1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.
Working Conditions This position is hourly and may include hours that exceed eight per day. May require travel up to 20% and may involve a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise. Light to moderate physical effort is required to lift and move objects as needed.
Store hours and pickup hours are posted by location.
Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.
