Account Manager – Automotive Lighting – EVs

YOUR TASKS
Partner with external OEM customers to secure lighting program awards.
Support external and internal lighting products for electric vehicle customers.
Collaborate with program management to define customer strategies for assigned product groups.
Maintain a strong customer network, identify customer needs, and align with FORVIA HELLA strategies.
Lead acquisitions and ensure profitable account growth, including managing new programs and change stages.
Plan and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies, taking corrective actions as needed.
Conduct problem-solving to address potential issues during the design process.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience in the automotive lighting industry.
Experience working with electric vehicle OEM customers and existing customer networks.
Open-minded, approachable personality capable of motivating others.
Strong interest in selling innovative and complex products.
Willingness to tackle complex challenges and go the extra mile.
