Purpose & Territory Lead resin-based sales growth—managing existing accounts and winning new business across Southern California. Key Responsibilities Hit revenue & gross-margin targets Prospect & nurture a robust sales pipeline Collaborate with Technical & Customer Service teams Engage stakeholders at all levels to deliver solutions Qualifications 3+ years B2B, face-to-face sales (industrial/commodity preferred) Strong problem-solving, presentation & communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook Self-motivated, organized & customer-focused Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel Fully remote; adaptable to home or shared workspace Occasional travel (car, bus, plane) Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs At the Heart of Your Life Raf Van Gorp founded Ravago in 1961 when he bought the premises of a dynamite company in Arendonk, Belgium.
