We are hiring a licensed electrician for the installation of burglar and fire alarms, surveillance camera systems, access control, and audio/video wiring and equipment. This position requires a valid CT electrical license (E1, E2, C5, C6, L5, L6). Applicants without one of these licenses should not apply. Benefits:

Install low-voltage cabling and cabling assemblies according to national electric code in residential and commercial settings. Install and program new alarm and security/fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and A/V equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues. Conduct routine preventative maintenance and testing of systems. Monitor inventory of service parts and keep the van stocked properly. Perform all duties in a neat and workmanlike manner. Train customers on how to use their new systems. Adhere to safety regulations. Be courteous and respectful to customers and employees. Qualifications:
Proven experience completing security/fire alarm, access, CCTV, installation, maintenance, or other related work. Proficiency in installing (bending) EMT. Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in challenging environments. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience pulling cable and drilling holes. Experience working with wireless technology. Clean driving record.
