Job Summary As General Manager of Voyager’s ISR business unit, you will lead all aspects of the business unit responsible for advanced sensors, AI/ML, edge computing, and autonomous targeting for defense and space platforms. Responsibilities Own and execute business units strategic roadmap and operating model. Manage full P&L of the business unit, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and market execution. Act as a leader for growth through product strategies, market segmentation, and delivery. Engage high-value customer programs and strategic pursuits. Partner with the M&A team when applicable. Oversee full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics. Provide leadership across engineering, production, manufacturing, operations, and finance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, finance, engineering, and operations. Foster a high-performance, mission-first culture among high-performing teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace or Space Manufacturing. Prior P&L management, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and meeting operational goals. Experience with ERP systems, labor tracking, KPIs, and operational readiness. Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional teams. Established network in the Aerospace industry, with familiarity in compliance and federal government sales preferred. Experience engaging with internal and external senior stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Top Secret SCI Clearance Preferred. California pay range: $200,000—$250,000 USD
