This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Customer Success Specialist will support enterprise clients in leveraging a SaaS platform to optimize their digital media workflows, enhance engagement, and achieve strategic objectives. This position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing top-tier support. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will contribute to customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and help scale customer success operations. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to collaborate in-office on occasion.

Accountabilities

Support lead Customer Success Managers in managing high-value strategic accounts Assist with the technical setup and maintenance of customers' platform experiences Triage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences Develop and document internal best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency Track and monitor customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement Contribute to process improvements and help optimize workflows across the Customer Success team

Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer support or related roles in B2B SaaS Excellent multitasking and project management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Strong problem-solving skills with an organized, methodical approach Ability to ramp quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment Proactive and intentional approach to customer engagement Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce, Totango, Hubspot), Zendesk, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Canva, and similar SaaS platforms Flexible schedule to provide customer coverage as needed Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
