Talk with customers about insurance needs and solutions (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.) Build trust and relationships over phone, text, and email Close sales and hit goals (with guidance and encouragement, not pressure) Follow up with leads and keep detailed records Learn the business and grow your skillset Minimum Requirements:
