We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will collaborate with clients to bring their outdoor visions to life and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the process. This role supports the company’s mission of delivering top-quality service and craftsmanship. The position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary and a commission structure based on project gross profit, with total compensation expected to exceed $100,000. Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a company-provided vehicle for work-related travel, a retirement plan with employer contributions, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site consultations with clients to understand needs and collaborate on ideas. Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates to align client expectations with company objectives. Partner with the construction team to ensure seamless execution of design plans and high-quality results. Promote long-term property care by encouraging maintenance services that preserve and enhance landscapes. Cultivate strong client relationships by providing attentive and responsive service. Collaborate with sales and design teams to contribute to the company’s overall success.
Qualifications
5+ years of landscaping sales experience with proven sales experience in the landscape or construction industry. Basic knowledge of landscape construction and project logistics. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus but not required. High attention to detail and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
