Landscaping Sales Specialist at Hiner Outdoor Living
Hiner Outdoor Living, an award-winning landscape architecture and construction firm, is hiring for a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our growing Sales team. Founded in 2008, Hiner Outdoor Living is in the business of letting people relax and relieve the stresses of the day, outside. Our focus is on quality, customer satisfaction, creativity, and creating beautiful, functional, award-winning landscapes that inspire our clientele to get outside.
Compensation Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Competitive base plus commission, profit sharing and bonus structure also available.

Requirements
Proven track record of sales experience in the landscaping or construction industry
Strong sales and negotiation skills and a demonstrated sales mentality
Demonstrated understanding of plants, plant materials, and landscaping techniques
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their landscaping vision, preferences, and functional requirements, including conducting on-site meetings
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
Present landscape design concepts and proposals to clients
Prepare accurate project estimates and quotes
Schedule pre‑job walk‑throughs and final walk‑throughs
Generate leads and identify potential clients while actively engaging in sales activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of design plans and project delivery
