Sales Account Managers
to identify and secure new business opportunities by selling
complete automated machine solutions
with an
average project size of $700K or more . Responsibilities
Develop and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing clients. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Manage a sales pipeline through planning, follow-up, and CRM tracking. Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and project discovery. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related experience. At least 5 years in direct sales of custom-engineered solutions or capital equipment. Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies like robotics, automation, tooling, and production processes. Proven ability to close complex deals. Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach. Established industry contacts and network. Willingness to travel as needed. Additional Details
