Our in-home Sales Representatives visit customers at their homes, review their desired products, demonstrate samples, and design solutions for their bath remodeling needs. All appointments are provided, prescheduled, and confirmed—no cold calling or prospecting required. The focus is solely on closing sales! We welcome all experience levels! Our successful sales reps often have limited experience but a strong desire to learn. We offer an award-winning training program to teach the sales process from start to finish. What’s in it for you?
Prequalified, scheduled leads—just close the sale. Short sales cycle—appointments typically last about an hour, including paperwork. Potential earnings of $75-150k in the first year. Weekly pay with uncapped commissions. Opportunities for advancement—95% of our Sales Operations Managers started as Sales Reps. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with prospective customers to educate, consult, inform, and sell the One Day Bath By Leaf solution tailored to their needs during the initial consultation. Build rapport and facilitate a one-visit close. Leverage industry-leading product samples and support to assist in closing sales. Provide an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish. Skills and Competencies
Limited sales experience and a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with a drive to succeed. Ability to overcome objections during the sales process. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Additional Information
