As an Outside Sales Representative for Bath Planet, the largest national provider of residential bath remodeling, you will visit customers at their homes, review their desired products, demonstrate samples, and design solutions for their bath remodeling needs. All appointments are provided, prescheduled, and confirmed, with no cold calling or prospecting required. Your focus will be solely on closing sales. Qualifications and Experience
We welcome all experience levels! Our successful sales representatives often have limited experience but possess a strong desire to learn. Some general sales experience may be helpful, but it is not mandatory. We offer an award-winning training program to teach you the sales process from start to finish. Benefits
Prequalified, scheduled leads — we provide all the leads, you just close the sale. Short sales cycle — appointments typically last about an hour including paperwork. Potential earnings of $75,000 to $150,000 in the first year. Weekly pay structure — base pay plus commissions. Opportunities for advancement — 95% of our Sales Operations Managers started as Sales Reps. Essential Duties
Meet with prospective customers to educate, consult, and sell Bath Planet solutions tailored to their needs. Develop rapport to facilitate one-visit closes. Utilize industry-leading product samples and support to assist in closing sales. Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Skills and Competencies
Strong desire to learn sales, even with limited experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Energetic, engaging, and driven interpersonal skills. Ability to overcome objections during the sales process. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Job Details
