ADDMAN . As an Account Executive, you will be joining an exciting time of growth in our additive manufacturing, precision machining, and injection molding business lines. This role offers a high-potential opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment and will emphasize selling our programmatic Metal Additive Manufacturing capabilities. The candidate will be the primary customer interface and will manage accounts of varying size and complexity, focusing on key accounts ADDMAN serves across Aerospace and Defense, Commercial Space, Medical, and other general industries. Essential Job Functions

Be able to pull teams of resource contributors together to plan what is needed to accomplish the business objectives in detail. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target new customers and expand into new industry sectors. Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking. Generate leads through research, cold calls, and other proactive prospecting activities. Develop and qualify opportunities in target markets with support from the Head of Sales & Marketing. Manage customer data effectively using CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasting data. Understand customer requirements and develop tailored key account development plans with SMART objectives. Utilize Additive Manufacturing (AM) and other complementary technologies to meet customer needs from concept through serial production. Requirements

ITAR REQUIREMENTS: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. citizen status. Skill Requirements

Essential Sales Expertise: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector, is crucial. Manufacturing Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of various manufacturing processes, ideally with experience in additive manufacturing, is essential. Technical Proficiency: The ability to read technical drawings and interpret manufacturing requirements is necessary to effectively communicate with clients and ensure project success. Exceptional Customer Engagement: Professional and capable customer interaction/engagement skills are paramount to building rapport, fostering trust, and securing new business opportunities. Bring a can-do attitude with ability to work through internal and external barriers to help solve the customer problem. Public Presentation Experience: Prior experience at trade shows and public presentations demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management selling large programmatic deals Prior experience in precision machining/injection molding/additive manufacturing preferred Successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and independent in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts and business impact to a diverse audience Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s Degree Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship and must be an eligible U.S. Person Ability to obtain a security clearance, active clearance preferred Experience selling into the Aerospace/Defense and/or Medical industries Experience developing large accounts and/or territories. Sit or stand as needed. Walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
