We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the Manufacturing and Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial procedures, from accounts payable and receivable to financial reporting and job cost analysis. This is a permanent, full-time position with potential to make a significant impact in a growing industry. Base pay range

Managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Overseeing job cost analysis to improve financial efficiency. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes. Participating in the ongoing development and implementation of financial systems and processes. Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external auditors. Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline accounting functions and operations. Providing guidance to junior staff and assisting with their training and development. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and job cost analysis. Cost accounting experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. About the role and application
