It’s a system designed to help you work smarter, not harder. Dedicated Admin Support: Maximize your time with our in-house virtual assistants and transaction coordinators. They handle the busywork—from creating marketing materials to managing backend administration—so you can focus on clients. High-Level Training: We hold twice-weekly business development meetings focused on mastering contracts, refining your presentation skills, and collaborating with top-producing agents. What You'll Do
Convert live transfers and inquiries into signed buyer and seller agreements. Run successful consultations, show properties, and negotiate offers with a clear and effective process. Attend weekly meetings to hone your skills and collaborate with our top team. Leverage our proven systems and support team to scale your business. What We're Looking For
Full-time, highly motivated real estate professionals who are ready to build a thriving business, not just a hobby. You must be a licensed agent in California, be coachable, and have a client-focused mindset. Your Earning Potential
No Fees: We have no monthly, desk, tech, or franchise fees. You keep more of what you earn.
