Our fast-paced manufacturing client is seeking a bright and eager Accounting & HR Coordinator who is bilingual in English and Spanish (required) to manage essential accounting and human resources functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in payroll and deeper HR/accounting responsibilities. Ideal for someone with a degree in accounting, finance, or economics and at least one year of similar experience. Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $30.00/hr Key Responsibilities

Accounting Functions: Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy. Assist with bookkeeping and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Support compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Payroll and HR Functions: Process payroll accurately and handle payroll tax submissions. Maintain employee records, assist with onboarding, and benefits administration. Address employee HR inquiries and provide first-line support. Support recruitment, including scheduling interviews and onboarding. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Administrative Support: Collaborate with leadership to optimize accounting/HR processes. Assist with employee development initiatives and special projects as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience (AP, AR, payroll, etc.). Willingness to learn and expand into deeper accounting, payroll, and HR tasks. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems; ERP knowledge is a plus.
