Job Opportunity: Accounting and HR Coordinator Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting and HR Coordinator to join their expanding team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This dynamic role combines core accounting and human resources responsibilities, requiring a candidate with strong technical skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish, is a plus. 100% ON SITE ROLE. Must live in Orange County, CA. Responsibilities
Accounting Expertise: Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and the preparation of financial reports while maintaining compliance with tax regulations. HR Leadership: Manage payroll processes, employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, and provide HR support, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Collaborative Contributions: Assist leadership with improving workflows, coordinating employee training programs, and supporting recruitment initiatives. Adaptability and Precision: Thrive in a dual-role capacity by maintaining accuracy in both accounting and HR systems while effectively prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven setting. Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or HR. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software, payroll systems, and ERP platforms is a plus. Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred for effective communication in a diverse team setting. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Compensation
