Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements.
Prepare accurate and timely journal entries during monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Update monthly account reconciliations in support of ending asset and liability balances; research and resolve reconciling items.
Reconcile daily cash posting in the subledger to the bank and general ledger.
Oversee fixed asset processing, tracking, and reporting.
Support external audits by preparing audit schedules and pulling support documentation.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist with Special projects as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2 - 3 years accounting experience
CPA required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Healthcare Experience a plus.
Compensation $90,000-$95,000 per year
