Senior Accountant
Base pay range:
$70,000–$80,000 annual
Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus
Overview Looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to support day-to-day financial operations, ensure the accuracy of accounting records, and contribute to month‑end and year‑end reporting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare monthly account and bank reconciliations.
Record daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Compile audit documentation and support year‑end closing activities.
Prepare recurring filings such as property and sales/use tax returns.
Post journal entries, review supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Serve as a resource for financial questions from internal team members or management.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or similar roles.
Working knowledge of GAAP principles.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with standard business software.
Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
