Overview
We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to drive our internal treasury management function. As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you’ll manage cash flow, including the movement of cash between bank accounts and investments, reconcile accounts, develop short and long-term cash forecasting, and manage our credit strategy for invoice payments. You will document treasury processes and ensure appropriate controls, and partner closely with FP&A, accounting and senior management. Role reporting line:
The Senior Treasury Analyst will report to the Accounting Manager, Revenue. Responsibilities
Manage daily cash operations, monitor bank balances, move money between accounts, maximize efficient use of cash and investments, and implement automation for cash movements Ensure compliance with debt covenants and compile/report compliance to banking partners Coordinate with external banking partners on compliance, system updates, and industry trends to ensure operational and regulatory adherence Review monthly bank reconciliations and perform weekly cash reconciliations using Netsuite and banks; analyze trends and identify process improvements Develop robust short-term and long-term cash forecasting processes; improve forecasting accuracy via collaboration with Accounting, Tax, Finance and Human Resources Analyze and recommend investment options; adapt strategies as market dynamics change Oversee the use of credit, including credit cards, to optimize invoice and bill payments Define, standardize, evolve and document cash-management procedures and controls; share knowledge and welcome feedback Qualifications
3+ years of experience in accounting, banking, treasury or related finance functions Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting Background in banking and treasury; familiarity with automating processes and implementing controls Process-oriented with a track record of improving processes and challenging status quo Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; data-driven decision making; proactive self-starter Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize Effective communication; ability to distill complexity into clear terms for decision-making Familiarity with ERPs (Netsuite preferred) Passion for dogs Benefits
