KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in the Agawam, MA area who is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with others.

What You’ll Do

Handle daily accounts payable and receivable activities

Record and maintain accurate general ledger entries

Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts

Prepare and submit monthly sales tax filings

Maintain organized, electronic financial records

Provide administrative support at the front desk, including visitor reception and phone coverage

Assist with general office operations and partner with internal teams as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and financial processes

High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities

Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
