The Project Accountant will be responsible for the project billing process, including responding to client inquiries, and managing credit card receipts. The Project Accountant will support the project management team regarding compliance, payments, reports, and any other duties related to the project. Essential Job Functions: Work with project managers to review project budgets against purchase orders to maintain accuracy. Assist in subcontracting process, project billings, and project close-out. Track and compile all project lien waivers, conditional and unconditional until each subcontract is closed. Management of Spend Clarity App (receipt coding, add new projects and cost codes). Manage invoice email and entering invoices into Timberscan and Procore. Manage payable inquiries, vendor statements, and pay applications. New project set-up in Procore and Acumatica. Track and management of lien waivers, COIs, and W9s. Management of tax-exempt forms. Management of data flow between Acumatica and Procore. All other duties assigned.
