Raleigh, Hybrid – 3 Days in office Attindas is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Reporting Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our financial reporting, managing complex treasury operations, and ensuring the financial health of our global organization. You'll work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Director of Finance and the CFO, to provide critical insights that drive strategic decisions. What You’ll Be Doing As the Corporate Reporting Controller, you'll be the backbone of our financial integrity. Your responsibilities will fall into three core areas: Financial & Regulatory Reporting, Treasury & Debt Management, and Tax & Audit Oversight. Financial & Regulatory Reporting Lead the consolidation of Attindas’s global financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for both monthly and year-end closing cycles. Prepare and submit all required SEC and legal filings, maintaining the highest standards of compliance. Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and interpreting evolving accounting guidance (US GAAP), advising senior leadership on key accounting issues. Support potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) by conducting due diligence and preparing essential purchase accounting. Treasury & Debt Management Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management and forecasting, to maximize liquidity and ensure financial stability. Manage all debt obligations, ensuring timely payments and adherence to all loan covenants. You’ll be the point person for all debt-related communications with lenders and our private equity sponsor. Build and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners to optimize financial services. Work alongside the Senior Director of Finance to coordinate cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. Tax & Audit Oversight Act as the primary liaison between Attindas and our external tax providers, overseeing the entire tax compliance process. Support both internal and external audits by managing communication with auditors and coordinating audit reviews for our US and European operations. Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are in place by maintaining our accounting manual. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. Proven track record of collaboration and working successfully in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: CPA with accounting firm experience, with exposure to SEC and financial reporting. Knowledge of tax accounting. Knowledge/exposure to international operations and accounting regulations. Experience with the OneStream consolidation platform.
