In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of training requirements and implementation of courseware to instruct aircraft maintenance, including simulation and scenarios used for customer training. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and instructing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems. The ideal candidate will provide all aspects of maintenance training to the customer personnel at various locations. The candidate will provide aircraft maintenance support to brief and train aircraft maintenance on Aircraft and Ground Systems capabilities and operations. Candidate will work with engineers to design, implement, evaluate, and document training and technical publications.
The successful candidate must have experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concepts, methodologies, and technical skills, using multiple media tools for development of applicable courseware to include latest research trends in graphic design, software and training development techniques. Demonstrate implementation of latest instructional design trends in graphic applicable training aids.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
