Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney Job Overview: A well-regarded plaintiff-side law firm based in Tampa, FL is seeking a driven and detail-oriented attorney to manage pre-litigation personal injury matters. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to work in a collaborative and client-focused environment without the need for litigation or trial experience. The firm emphasizes professional development, maintains a positive and collegial culture, and supports growth through structured incentives and continuing legal education. Duties: Handle a caseload of pre-suit personal injury matters from intake through settlement Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements Review and assess medical records and other supporting documentation Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures and timelines Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case progression Requirements: Active license to practice law in the State of Florida Good standing with the Florida Bar Prior experience managing pre-suit personal injury claims Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Demonstrated negotiation and written advocacy skills Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications: Must hold a valid license to practice law in Florida Skills: Proficiency in personal injury law and case management Effective negotiation and settlement skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work both independently and within a team setting Familiarity with legal software and case tracking systems Job Location: Tampa, FL (in-office position with potential assignments at Riverview/Brandon office) Comprehensive health insurance (100% of premium covered by firm) Dental and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) Life insurance Continuing Legal Education (CLE) support Bar dues and local professional association fees fully covered Supportive, family-oriented workplace culture with modern facilities Company info BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami Florida United States 33131 Phone :
