Civil Litigation Attorney

Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients. Handle settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Appear in court hearings, trials, and depositions. Collaborate with team members to manage and strategize cases effectively. Maintain a strong client focus and provide high-quality legal service. Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on real property and commercial law. Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and commercial collection is highly desirable. Experience in appellate work is a plus. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Client-focused approach with a strong commitment to client service. Self-motivated and capable of managing a caseload effectively. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active bar license in Florida, in good standing. Skills: Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, particularly in real property and commercial law. Legal research, writing, and case preparation skills. Effective negotiation and settlement skills. Ability to represent clients in court hearings and depositions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
