PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Financial Duties And Responsibilities

Payroll processing assistance Assist with Bank Deposits and Reconciliation Collections and Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable, Receivable and Journal Entries Point of Sale reconciliation Prepare monthly Expense Reports Assist with preparation of month-end close out Administrative Duties And Responsibilities

Oversight and scheduling of Guest Services staff Assist with ordering team uniforms, camp T\'s, employee uniforms and other items as needed Maintains record keeping Provides administrative support relative to contracts, certificates of insurance, W9 forms, etc. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers by resolving information requests, directing to the appropriate parties or taking messages Perform general office duties, such as order office supplies, maintain database systems, distribute mail Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Degree in accounting, finance, business or related field preferred (or acceptable experience in lieu of degree) 1-2 years of related experience Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience using Quick Books, Dynamics, Tyler Munis (preferred) Well organized and thorough with the ability to multi-task Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills Team approach to task completion Working Conditions And Physical Demands

Must be able to lift 20-40 pounds waist high May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions Must comply with safety and health code standards Facility has intermittent noise Job Posted by ApplicantPro
