A Night Auditor will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management. If you thrive in a quiet, overnight setting and have a keen eye for accuracy, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Process credit card transactions for the day (restaurant, events, lounge) Handle phone system, transfers, reservations, etc. Verify, balance and review hotel room availability Perform check-in and check-out procedures Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts Prepare folios for the morning departing guests Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures Note: Depending on operational demands, additional tasks may be assigned as needed. High School diploma or equivalent required Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace Ability to understand other computer programs (e.g., Property Management System) Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be 18+ years of age Strong communication and listening skills with excellent verbal and written ability Handle cash, coins, and currency at night Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Experience

Experience Required: College Degree preferred; 1-2+ years’ night auditing in a luxury hotel environment preferred We welcome you
