The Service Account Manager will primarily support a customer based in Greenville, North Carolina.

JOB SUMMARY As part of the Finance Department, the Staff Accountant will support the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial operations through reporting, analysis, and collaboration across departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS

Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies

Maintain and update internal control narratives and documentation

Support month-end closing and maintain accurate general ledger entries

Write clear and detailed financial reports for internal leadership

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

Support preparation for external audits and reporting requirements

Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risk

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial management initiatives

Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (experience in an international manufacturing environment preferred or audit company)

Solid understanding of cost accounting and general accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP system experience preferred

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Strong written communication skills for preparing professional financial reports

$60,000 - 70,000
