Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a

Global Pricing Manager

for our Waters Division Organization. Waters Division provides the commercial engine for Waters Corporation, delivering Sales, Service, Marketing, Technical and other support across the globe. This position reports directly to the Global Director of Pricing in a high-visibility role focused on driving pricing excellence and building advanced pricing capabilities such as value pricing, lifecycle pricing, and value selling across product management. This is a hybrid position

based out of Milford, MA, three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities

Partner with business segments and regions to develop pricing strategy based on product life cycle, product differentiation, competitive landscape, and macro-economic factors. Pricing strategy includes annual list price adjustments, contract renewals, new product pricing, and other related activities. Lead and develop value pricing proficiencies to enable commercial teams to optimize price vs value positioning. Activities include creation of customer value propositions, value price modeling, value selling approaches, deal-level guidance, sales training, and negotiation tactics to improve price realization. Partner with product management, sales, and channel/vertical market teams to optimize discounts based on customer willingness to pay. Develop advanced discount guidance models and train commercial teams on discount guidance. Develop pricing training curriculum for functions including product management, sales, and finance to strengthen pricing capabilities. Topics include fundamentals of transaction pricing, value pricing, advanced analytics, deal guidance and negotiations. Facilitate global alignment across regional pricing analysts to share best practices, promote consistency, and harmonize processes where appropriate. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in B2B pricing, preferably across products, services, or software. Proven pricing leadership experience in coordinating large cross-functional teams including product management, finance, and sales; experience delivering complex cross-functional projects. Ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution and to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate insights derived from complex data to non-technical partners. Company Description
