Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Finance Director
to support the
Global Operations Strategy
function across our global manufacturing and distribution operations network. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, supporting M&A integrations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and deliver long-term value.
Responsibilities
Financial advisor and business partner to the
VP of Global Ops Strategy , providing financial information to facilitate decisions on a wide scope of operational matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders’ Strategy and Operations teams.
Provide financial oversight and direction for strategy and integration efforts related to a recent acquisition—both pre- and post-deal—across global manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
Evaluate and support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
Drive harmonization of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the Global Operations network to support strategic execution.
Lead financial support for transformation initiatives, including footprint optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
MBA preferred .
12+ years
of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and global operations.
Demonstrated experience in strategy, M&A integration, and cross-functional leadership.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a
fast-paced ,
matrixed , and
global
environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,
SAP , Oracle) and financial modeling / planning tools.
Strong understanding of
supply chain/manufacturing finance
and operational KPIs.
Change management
and
transformation
initiatives .
