Akkodis is seeking a

Business Analyst

for a

Contract

with a client in

Quincy, MA (Hybrid) . The ideal candidate must have experience translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria using tools like Jira and Confluence. Pay

Rate Range: $60/hour to 62/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using tools like Jira and Confluence. Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions to validate requirements and align teams on project goals. Support development and QA teams by ensuring accurate implementation and validating delivered functionality against requirements. Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements or system enhancements based on findings. Assist with change management and cutover planning, including end-user support, training materials, and data validation. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience using Jira and Confluence for managing requirements and documentation. How to Apply

Pay: $60.00 to $62.00 per hour Benefits
