Business Analyst
for a
Contract
with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will create user stories from roadmaps, collaborate with development and QA teams, and lead end-to-end testing and defect resolution. Rate
Rate Range:
$45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery. Support testing efforts by validating that developed solutions meet business requirements and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT). Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate insights, track progress, and support decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or auto finance domain. Strong understanding of Agile methodology with hands-on experience in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
