Overview
Business Solutions Director at Ledgent Finance & Accounting. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage daily A/R operations, monitor client accounts, and support the finance team with reconciliations and reporting. $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances. Apply client payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintain detailed records of billing, collections, and adjustments. Assist with monthly closing activities related to receivables. Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues. Prepare and distribute A/R reports to management. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience. Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Experience with financial services or professional services industry strongly preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset. Compensation & Benefits
