Overview
Relationship Banker II (Fort Walton Beach Main Branch) at Regions Bank. This role involves meeting with customers and prospects in person and by phone to determine financial needs and proactively offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve customers' financial goals. Regions seeks individuals with retail or sales experience who are motivated for growth, development, and upward mobility. Primary Responsibilities
Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions Conduct outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit offerings Educate customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed Own and resolve customer issues Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals and needs Follow all bank processes and procedures and manage operational risks This position requires tracking overtime and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also eligible to participate in incentive programs. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to handle and process cash transactions Excellent verbal and written communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels Proficient computer use with typing and sustained monitor attention Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Preferences
Bachelor’s degree Life Insurance License One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience Skills And Competencies
Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings Ability to handle multiple priorities Ability to oversee large sums of cash Excellent relationship-building skills Strong communication and customer focus Position Type
