Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pricing models to evaluate product profitability, customer margins, and pricing strategies.

Analyze historical pricing, competitive benchmarks, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop go-to-market pricing for new products or services.

Support month-end close processes by analyzing reports and preparing journal entries.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.

Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

Analyze financial trends and identify risks and opportunities for business units.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Assist with ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.

Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and processes.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.

Required Core Competencies

Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, speaks English proficiently.

Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions; participates and presents information in meetings.

Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills.

SAP and Hyperion/Essbase experience is highly desired.

Work Environment

Hybrid work schedule.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Compensation Pay Range: $81,802-$128,546.

This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular reviews of compensation ranges and reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
