As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in navigating the mortgage loan process.
Responsibilities Provide sales support, strong communication, and world class service to customers, processors and management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing, while maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable levels as set by management. Complete mortgage applications using Company loan product system, including initial required documentation and stipulations. Must ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations. Maintain production reports for leads and sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports. Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various Marketing Department efforts.
Qualifications High School, GED or Equivalent Experience 1-2+ Years' Experience as a licensed Purchase Loan Officer NMLS: Must have minimum 1 state active license or currently hold Federal Registration This position offers a home-centric hybrid work opportunity, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week. Due to licensing restrictions, applicants must live within a 60 mile radius of office location: 25500 Commercentre Dr, Lake Forest, CA 92630 Desire to work in and expand knowledge of Mortgage Industry Desire to expand Customer Service, Sales and Consultation skillsets Desire for a Career Path within Mortgage Industry Ability to learn and work within technical systems, including Lead Management and Loan Origination Systems, and Microsoft Office products Driven to work in a fast paced, high energy environment!
