Senior Associate - Deals Valuation - Financial Analytics & Derivatives (FAD) at PwC. Focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, helping clients navigate complex deals and maximise value. Responsibilities

Provide valuation analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. Develop valuation models using option pricing theory, Monte Carlo simulation, binomial trees, contingent claims analysis, and other financial engineering techniques, especially for valuing financial instruments (e.g., fixed income securities, swaps, exotic options, convertible bonds, commodity derivatives). Lead and participate in client-facing project teams and engagements, focusing on financial modelling, derivatives, securities valuation, risk management; identify key assumptions and analyze inputs, perform sensitivity analyses, and present findings and recommendations. Prepare memoranda and reports that clearly communicate findings to clients. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deal-driven environment; identify opportunities to expand client service. Conduct independent research to understand complex valuation issues and translate technical concepts for clients and staff. Perform quantitative and qualitative valuation-related analyses and modelling using Excel VBA, Matlab, Bloomberg, or Fincad. Address client needs by actively participating in client discussions, communicating Firm services, and managing engagements with attention to project economics and timelines. Write and present cogently for industry audiences and clients through reports, methodologies, tools, and whitepapers. Foster a positive team environment, monitor workloads, provide constructive feedback, and keep leadership informed of progress. Travel as required by client assignments. Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required:

Engineering and Business, Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Economics, Quantitative Finance Minimum Years Of Experience:

Master Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates knowledge and success in leading work streams within valuation teams in a professional services firm; capable in: Developing valuation models using option pricing theory, Monte Carlo simulation, binomial trees, contingent claims analysis, and other financial engineering techniques; valuing financial instruments (fixed income, swaps, exotic options, convertible bonds, commodity derivatives, etc.). Leading client-facing project teams focusing on financial modelling, derivatives, securities valuation, risk management; identifying assumptions and evaluating input effects, data collection, third-party valuations, sensitivity analyses. Preparing concise memoranda and reports communicating findings and recommendations. Experience with Valuation engagements in professional services; ability to prioritize tasks, manage client relationships, perform independent research, and communicate complex concepts effectively. Technical skills: Excel VBA and/or Matlab; familiarity with Bloomberg or Fincad. Role

Lead and participate in valuation engagement teams; manage client projects and identify opportunities for additional consulting work. Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and staff; balance project economics with client expectations. Travel as required by client assignments. Location & Benefits
