Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office is expanding and seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our retail investment sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers significant earnings potential within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and training programs in an entrepreneurial and autonomous manner. Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops. Contact and advise clients, companies, and institutions in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies. Prepare analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, market comparables, and research. Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors. Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear path to growth. Network with other industry professionals. Advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies. Prepare analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research. Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers. Prospect new client relationships and network with other industry professionals. Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase and sales agreements. Participate in ongoing training and skills-development workshops. Qualifications / Desired Traits
