Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, cost management, and process improvement within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and inventory management, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and drive automation within NetSuite. Must have manufacturing industry experience Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations, with a focus on production costs, margin analysis, and variance reporting. Oversee cost accounting functions, including standard costing, cost allocations, and reconciliation of inventory accounts to the general ledger. Manage the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP. Monitor inventory levels, production efficiency, and material usage to ensure accurate reporting and effective cost control. Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and profitability initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows, enhance reporting, and strengthen internal controls. Drive ERP (NetSuite) enhancements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes. Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to senior leadership. Mentor and guide finance team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and inventory management. Solid experience in managing month-end close processes and ensuring GAAP compliance. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and ERP automation (NetSuite strongly preferred). Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with ability to analyze and interpret large data sets. Details
