Engage with qualified property owners to identify and secure new listing opportunities Strategically negotiate offers to deliver optimal results for clients Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and team members Partner with support staff to facilitate seamless transactions from contract to closing Leverage CRM systems to efficiently track and manage your sales pipeline Deliver outstanding, personalized service throughout every stage of the client experience Qualifications
