Responsibilities

Engage with qualified property owners to identify and secure new listing opportunities

Strategically negotiate offers to deliver optimal results for clients

Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and team members

Partner with support staff to facilitate seamless transactions from contract to closing

Leverage CRM systems to efficiently track and manage your sales pipeline

Deliver outstanding, personalized service throughout every stage of the client experience

Qualifications

Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions

Comfortable with CRM platforms and marketing technology, or able to adapt quickly

Strong relationship-building, client needs identification, and sales opportunity skills

Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up capabilities

Exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally by car

Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Strong negotiation abilities to drive successful outcomes

Holds or is willing to obtain an active South Carolina Real Estate License before joining the team

Compensation $50,000 - $120,000+ yearly
