is seeking an

Estimator

to join our

PM/CM

group. The role will be located at our

New York City, NY office or onsite with one of our local NYC clients

and will focus on projects in and around the NYC metro area. Duties and Responsibilities: Confer with a broad range of technical, professional, and managerial personnel as well as designers, consultants, and contractors to coordinate and establish a detailed cost estimate Prepare and/or ensure the preparation of detailed cost estimates for all phases of design and/or construction Supervise the development of quantity surveys and cost evaluations relating to design documents, contract drawings, specifications, or contract changes Review and report on contract estimates prepared by private consultants; recommend if estimate is appropriate for SCA’s implementation Participate in cost negotiations Plan, assign, and review the cost estimating work of estimates Perform related tasks Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental services, or related coursework or equivalent training in Construction Management desired Minimum of two (2) years of full-time, technical experience in estimating areas of architecture, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing Compensation Range: $102,271.92 - $136,362.56 STV is committed to diversity and inclusion.
