1-3 years of relevant experience (real estate, private equity, investment banking, or related field preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or related field.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; demonstrated financial modeling capability in Excel.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms is a plus.
Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and entrepreneurial mindset.

The Real Estate Analyst will directly support all Legacy Knight’s Real Estate activities, including contributing to the success of Legacy Knight’s Build-to-Rent housing funds, assisting with due diligence across real estate opportunities of all asset types, and working closely with the investment team to provide rigorous financial analysis, market research, and portfolio monitoring that drive informed investment decisions. In this role, you will: Build financial models and perform underwriting. Conduct market and demographic research. Support due diligence efforts on prospective investments. Monitor portfolio performance and track ongoing investment activity. Prepare investment and investor materials. Assist in the ongoing asset management of existing investments. Conduct market research, gather comparable data, and analyze demographic and economic trends to support investment theses. Assist in the preparation of internal investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee. Support due diligence efforts, including the review of legal, financial, and market materials. Portfolio Monitoring and Asset Management Track operating performance of portfolio assets, prepare recurring reporting materials, and identify trends or areas of risk. Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and other analyses to inform strategic decisions. Support the asset management of existing investments through data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests. Market Research and Insights Monitor real estate industry news, publications, and benchmarks to support investment team insights.
