Blackstone investment professionals will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the deal process and be staffed on a number of assignments at once. Job Description:

Investment professionals in the BREDS Group have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of real estate debt transactions including: New debt originations, including first mortgage and mezzanine loans, B-notes and preferred equity Acquisitions of legacy loans, CMBS and other forms of public and private debt Structured solutions including synthetic risk transfers and platform investments Restructurings Recapitalizations Responsibilities:

Supporting loan and real estate asset underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring and deal execution, including the negotiation of term sheets and financing terms Assisting with identifying, underwriting, pricing, structuring and closing single asset and portfolio loans Providing transactional support as required Participating in internal and external client meetings, the negotiation of contracts and other agreements, and due diligence sessions Traveling domestically to perform property tours and market analysis Directing research of targeted transactions for investment purposes Performing valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities Overseeing the work of junior team members; especially the design and development of financial models Managing the preparation of written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities Qualifications:
