We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Administrator with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IFRS standards and demonstrate proficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger reconciliation, account analysis, and financial report writing. You will be responsible for maintaining and recording the company\'s financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions: accurately enter data into accounting software, categorize expenses, and manage invoices and bills. Reconcile bank statements: regularly compare bank statements with company records to identify and correct discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and receivable: handle invoices from suppliers, payments to vendors, and invoices sent to customers. Administration support: a combination of tasks ensuring contracts and jobs are managed effectively, with a focus on accurate and timely billing and financial compliance. Process payroll: calculate wages, manage tax withholdings, and ensure timely payment to employees. Prepare financial reports: compile data into income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist with tax preparation: gather and organize financial information necessary for tax filing. Maintain accurate records: ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and readily accessible. Account monitoring: track account activity, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. Communicate with stakeholders: interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters. Problem-solving: identify and resolve discrepancies, billing issues, and other financial problems. Essential Skills

Attention to detail: accuracy is crucial in bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in accounting software: familiarity with Sage 100, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero, Lockstep, Procore, Google Workspace, or other relevant systems. Numerical and analytical abilities: understand financial data and identify patterns or discrepancies. Communication skills: effectively communicate with colleagues and clients. Knowledge of financial principles: understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Experience

Proven experience in corporate accounting or as a controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, account analysis, and double-entry bookkeeping practices. Familiarity with Sage and SFO accounting software is preferred. Understanding of IFRS standards and their application in financial reporting. Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes. Excellent written communication skills for effective financial report writing. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience (Required). Ability to commute to Manhattan, MT 59741 (Required). Secondary education in accounting or finance; associate degree or relevant technical degree preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a team and independently as required. Flexibility to work a negotiable schedule, with a default average M-F 7:00am-5:00pm.
